checkCorr

Function to show correlations of a simulated organism or substrate


Description

The generic function checkCorr returns the correlation matrix of several objects.

Usage

checkCorr(object, corr = NULL, tocheck = list())

checkCorr(object, corr = NULL, tocheck = list())

Arguments

object

An object of class Eval.

corr

A correlation matrix (getCorrM)

tocheck

A list with substrate, reactions or organism names whose correlations should be shown

Details

Returns correlation matrix which can be used for statistical analysis
