Ranking the cultivars based on their performance in any given environment

ExamineEnv(GGEModel, Env, ...)

`GGEModel`	An object of class `GGEModel` or `gge`
`Env`	environment to examine. Must be a string which matches an environment label
`...`	Other arguments sent to `GGEPlot`
