Print an OR object

The print method for an OR object.

## S3 method for class 'OR'
print(x, ...)

`x`	`OR` object produced by `OR()`.
`...`	Other arguments.

print.OR prints the lower confidence interval limit, estimated OR and upper confidence interval limit.
