CanonicalizeID(context, ref, alt, pos)

`context`	A vector of ample surrounding sequence on each side the variants
`ref`	Vector of reference alleles
`alt`	Vector of alternative alleles
`pos`	Vector of the positions of the insertions and deletions in `context`.
