Usage

CheckAndReturnIDCatalog(catID, discarded.variants, annotated.vcfs)

Arguments

catID

An ID catalog.
discarded.variants

A list of discarded variants.
annotated.vcfs

A list of annotated VCFs.

Value

A list of ID catalog. Also return the discarded variants and annotated VCFs if they exit.
