`DBS.range.df`	Data frame with columns CHROM, LOW, HIGH
`SBS.vcf.dt`	A data table containing the VCF from which `DBS.range.df` was computed.

A minimal VCF with only the columns CHROM, POS, ID, REF, ALT, VAF, read.depth.
