Usage

kog.ft(gos)

Arguments

gos

A dataframe with three columns, 'seq' (gene id),'term' (KOG class) and 'value' (either 0 or 1, indicating significance).

Value

A dataframe with three columns: 'term', 'nseqs', 'pval' and 'padj'
