Failure groups to Standardized Mean Difference (d)

Description

Converts number of 'failure' groups reported in the primary study to standardized mean difference (d).

Usage

fail_to_d(B, D, n.1, n.0)

Arguments

`B`	Treatment failure.
`D`	Non-treatment failure.
`n.1`	Treatment sample size.
`n.0`	Control/comparison sample size.

Value

`d`	Standardized mean difference (d).
`var_d`	Variance of d.
