Distance

Description

Computes distance matrix of the network

Usage

distance(A, weighted = FALSE)

Arguments

A

An adjacency matrix of network data

weighted

Is the network weighted? Defaults to FALSE. Set to TRUE for weighted measure of distance

Value

A distance matrix of the network
