Gets the description of the package

Gets the description of the package. Not to be mixed up with *getDescriptionFile().

getDescription(this, replaceNewlines=" ", ...)

`replaceNewlines`	If a `character` string, all newline characters are replaced with this string. Otherwise not.
`...`	Not used.

A character string.
