atkStateSetAndSets

Constructs the intersection of the two sets, returning NULL if the intersection is empty.

atkStateSetAndSets(object, compare.set)

`object`	[`AtkStateSet`] an `AtkStateSet`
`compare.set`	[`AtkStateSet`] another `AtkStateSet`

[AtkStateSet] a new AtkStateSet which is the intersection of the two sets.
