atkStateSetContainsState

Checks whether the state for the specified type is in the specified set.

atkStateSetContainsState(object, type)

`object`	[`AtkStateSet`] an `AtkStateSet`
`type`	[`AtkStateType`] an `AtkStateType`

[logical] TRUE if type is the state type is in set.
