gdkColormapNew

Creates a new colormap for the given visual.

gdkColormapNew(visual, allocate)

`visual`	a `GdkVisual`.
`allocate`	if `TRUE`, the newly created colormap will be a private colormap, and all colors in it will be allocated for the applications use.
