Plot phase lags

Description

adds a bar showing phase lag.

Usage

lagplot(y1, dt, lag, PLOT = FALSE)

Arguments

`y1`	seismic signal
`dt`	DeltaT, s
`lag`	lag, s
`PLOT`	logical, TRUE=plot

Value

Graphical Side Effects.
