Predict RF

Description

Predict the output for a new dataset from a trained RF model.

Usage

## S4 method for signature 'RF'
predict(object, data, type, clamp)

Arguments

`object`	RF object.
`data`	data.frame with the data for the prediction.
`type`	Not used.
`clamp`	Not used.

Details

Used by the predict,SDMmodel-method, not exported.

Value

A vector with the predicted probabilities of class 1.
