breakMatricesByArray(m, arrays, type = c("peers", "all"), verbose = TRUE)

`m`	The presence/absence matrices.
`arrays`	A list containing information for each array.
`type`	The type of arrays to be matched
`verbose`	Logical: Should appendTo be used?
