Count backwards movements

Count backwards movements

countBackMoves(movements, arrays)

`movements`	the movement dataframe for the tag being analysed.
`arrays`	A list containing information for each array.

A list containing:

sum.back.moves The number of backwards movements for the target tag
max.back.moves The maximum number of consecutive backwards movements for the target tag
