Compress array-movements into section-movements

sectionMovements(movements, spatial, valid.dist)

`movements`	the movement dataframe for the tag being analysed.
`spatial`	The spatial list.
`valid.dist`	Logical: Is a valid distances matrix being used?

A data frame containing the section movements for the target tag.
