Description

Produce function to compute expectation of truncated error distribution from log cdf and log pdf (using numerical integration)

Usage

gen_etruncFUN(lcdfFUN, lpdfFUN)

Arguments

`lcdfFUN`	the log cdfFUN of the error distribution
`lpdfFUN`	the log pdfFUN of the error distribution
