Attach a "bigSNP" for examples and tests

Usage

snp_attachExtdata(bedfile = c("example.bed", "example-missing.bed"))

Arguments

bedfile

Name of one example bed file. Either

  • "example.bed" (the default),

  • "example-missing.bed".

Value

The example "bigSNP", filebacked in the "/tmp/" directory.
