Secondary Cardinal Parameter (CPM) model

Secondary cardinal parameter model as defined by Rosso et al. (1995).

CPM_model(x, xmin, xopt, xmax, n)

`x`	Value of the environmental factor.
`xmin`	Minimum value for growth.
`xopt`	Optimum value for growth.
`xmax`	Maximum value for growth.
`n`	Order of the CPM model.

The corresponding gamma factor.
