ProbitLogNormal(mu, Sigma, refDose = 1, useLogDose = FALSE)

`mu`	the prior mean vector
`Sigma`	the prior covariance matrix
`refDose`	the reference dose x^{}*, default 1 (no standardization)
`useLogDose`	should the log of (standardized) dose be used? (not default)
