.cluster.wavelengths(dots, wl.tolerance)

Arguments

dots

list of hyperSpec objects to collapse
wl.tolerance

wavelength difference tolerance

Value

data.frame with information about suitable wavelength bins

hyperSpec

Work with Hyperspectral Data, i.e. Spectra + Meta Information (Spatial, Time, Concentration, ...)
