Split triangles of a mesh into four triangles

Description

Warning: does not reconstruct interior boundary Warning2: Works in euclidean coordinates. Not suitable for sphere.

Usage

tsplit.inla.mesh(mesh, n = 1)

Arguments

mesh

an inla.mesh object
n

number of splitting recursions

Value

mesh A refined inla.mesh object
