Get the intercept of a formula

unpack_int(form, i, ttype)

`form`	A formula
`i`	Segment number (integer)
`ttype`	The term type. One of "ct" (central tendency), "sigma" (variance), or "ar" (autoregressive)

A one-row tibble describing the intercept.
