Body Mass Index (BMI) for adults

Calculate body mass index using weight in kg / (height in meters ^ 2)

bmi_adult(height_m, weight_kg, ...)

bmi_adult_ins_lbs(heightin, weightlb, ...)

`height_m`	single numeric, height in meters
`weight_kg`	numeric vector of weight(s) in kg
`...`	passed to validation
`heightin`	height in inches
`weightlb`	weight in pounds
