clean.cross

Remove derived data

Description

Remove any intermediate calculations from a cross object.

Usage

## S3 method for class 'cross'
clean(object, ...)

Arguments

object

An object of class cross. See read.cross for details.
...

Ignored at this point.

Value

The input object, with any intermediate calculations (such as is produced by calc.genoprob, argmax.geno and sim.geno) removed.
