S3 generic to get a currency id.

## S3 method for class 'marketRisk'
getCurrencyId(object, from, to, ...)

`object`	S3 object of class marketRisk.
`from`	character value. A well defined type in `object`.
`to`	character value. A well defined currency in `object` for the departure currency `from`.
`...`	additional parameters.
