Translate geometry vectors

Usage

## S3 method for class 'sfc'
wk_translate(handleable, to, ...)

wk_translate(handleable, to, ...)

## Default S3 method:
wk_translate(handleable, to, ...)

Arguments

`handleable`	A geometry vector (e.g., `wkb()`, `wkt()`, `xy()`, `rct()`, or `sf::st_sfc()`) for which `wk_handle()` is defined.
`to`	A prototype object.
`...`	Passed to the `wk_handle()` method.
