Class 'output_Static': fixed-form assembly solution

output_Static is an S4 class to represent a fixed-form assembly solution.

MIP: a list containing the result from MIP solver.
selected: a data.frame containing the selected items and their attributes.
obj_value: the objective value of the solution.
solve_time: the elapsed time in running the solver.
achieved: a data.frame containing attributes of the assembled test, by each constraint.
pool: the item_pool used in the assembly.
config: the config_Static used in the assembly.
constraints: the constraints used in the assembly.
