fslmerge

Merge images using FSL


Description

This function calls fslmerge to merge files on some dimension and either saves the image or returns an object of class nifti

Usage

fsl_merge(..., outfile = tempfile(fileext = ".nii.gz"), retimg = FALSE)

fslmerge(infiles, direction = c("x", "y", "z", "t", "a"),
  outfile = NULL, retimg = TRUE, reorient = FALSE, intern = FALSE,
  verbose = TRUE, ...)

Arguments

...

additional arguments passed to readnii.

outfile

(character) output filename

retimg

(logical) return image of class nifti

infiles

(character) input filenames

direction

(character) direction to merge over, x, y, z, t (time), a (auto)

reorient

(logical) If retimg, should file be reoriented when read in? Passed to readnii.

intern

(logical) pass to system

verbose

(logical) print out command before running

Value

character or logical depending on intern

Note

Functions with underscores have different defaults and will return an output filename, so to be used for piping
