Wrapper for FSL Get Orientation

This function calls fslorient -getorient and is a simple wrapper of fslorient

fslorienter(file, opts = "", verbose = TRUE)

`file`	(character) image to be manipulated
`opts`	option to send to fslorient
`verbose`	(logical) print out command before running
